Jim Ford is a Vice President of Risk Management at TIG Advisors. He focuses on delivering solutions for Financial Institutions, Life Policies, and Employer Benefits.

Jim has worked in all areas of the insurance market and developed a passion for delivering clear-cut business strategies for financial institutions. He has a strong working relationship with the Missouri Independent Bankers Association so he can provide further value to the financial institutions in the state of Missouri. Between Jim and the team of Financial Institutional Specialists at TIG Advisors, they have made a strong commitment to Community Banking on behalf of our agency.

In a previous life, Jim worked as a police officer for over 20 years. He also organizes the annual Bankers & Bikes Motorcycle Ride for Community Bankers.
