Early this year, employers from many different sectors—from finance to construction—answered questions about employee benefits and other HR topics. Specifically, they were asked about paid time off, compliance, and attraction and retention. Did they respond to the times by prioritizing compliance issues like data security and healthcare coverage? What strategies did they enlist? Did they leverage emerging technologies such as job sites and social media to increase recruitment? There was only one way to know for sure—they had to be asked.
