During this one hour webinar, we will review the monthly and look-back measurement methods for identifying full-time employees, and discuss how to address changes in employment status, breaks in service, and employees whose hours are difficult to measure, such as adjunct faculty, commissioned employees, and on-call staff. We will also review how to correctly classify new hires as full-time, part-time, seasonal or variable hour, and provide other tips for remaining in compliance.
