Tom Dean

Tom Dean is the Senior Vice President of Risk Management at TIG Advisors. Tom has extensive experience in Commercial Insurance, Employer Benefits, and Personal Insurance, and offers personalized solutions in every area of his clients’ policies.

Tom not only secures great coverage, but cares deeply about providing additional safety and loss control functions. He organizes safety meetings and provides safety training and documents. Tom will manage claims to make sure they are handled efficiently and in his clients best interests.

He developed several self-insurance workers’ compensation programs for organizations including AAIM and MADA. As part of his commitment to this program, Tom made presentations on behalf of AAIM for their self-insured workers’ compensation program.

Tom has a great deal of involvement with African Vision of Hope and Forest Hills Charitable Foundation.
