Alyssa Ruff

Alyssa serves as shareholder and Executive Vice President at TIG Advisors where she partners with businesses to develop strategic, forward-thinking risk management solutions. She specializes in serving clients in the public entity, construction, and manufacturing sectors.

Alyssa began her career in the insurance industry in 2015 as a broker and account executive, working alongside her father. As a second-generation insurance professional and business owner, she is passionate about helping today’s business owners navigate evolving risks with innovative and practical solutions.

She holds multiple industry designations, including Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS). Alyssa provides expertise across a broad range of coverages, including cyber liability, professional and general liability, commercial auto, property, workers’ compensation, group health, life, and surety bonds. With the rapid pace of technological change impacting business operations, she focuses on proactive strategies that position clients to confidently manage the unexpected.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and staying connected with fellow Missouri State University alumni. Her hobbies include golfing, tennis, cooking, and watching Real Housewives.
